[Eng] Freedive Greece_ADVANCED FREEDIVER (PADI Freediving Course) 21st – 25th June 2017 ZoumboSub Diving Center (Volos, Greece)
The next Freedive Greece Course is programmed from the 21st up to 25th of June 2017, in Volos (Greece). The duration of the course is 5 days. The course will address topics of relaxation, breathing, physiology of respiratory and ear systems.
Static (STA) and Dynamic (DYN) apnea, Free Immersion (FIM) and Constant Weight (CWT) freediving will be treated according to the theory, sequence of exercises and standards of FDG teaching system.
Students will be shown videos of good and bad practical technique. All students will be filmed in order for the instructor to be able to analyze their technique. The course places emphasis on freediving safety as much as the development of the technique and performance of the freediver.
Students who will be successful in the evaluation at the end of the course will become members of the Freedive Greece Freediving Academy and will become PADI certified.
